I made a slipcover for a chair I pulled out of the neighbor’s trash. Blogged for 2nd Time Around over at A Picture is Worth a 1,000 Words.

Love the colors of your slipcover! You definitely took it from trash to treasure! Bravo!

Naturally I love it! You're resourceful, crafty and you can sew! I've hated people for less. :)

Love, love, love it. How cute is that. Truly trash to treasure. Way to go. How could someone throw that chair away? I guess they couldn't invision the beauty that you could see. You should have them over for tea, and ask them to sit awhile. See if they even recognize it. Country Hugs, Sherry

Wow! Honestly. I have never even attempted piping 'cause it scares the begesus out of me. It looks fantastic!

Wow! I've always wanted to learn how to do this. I pass up too many items at garage sales because I'm afraid to try to put new fabric on them. This looks great!
