Free Finds…

thrift 001

I found thirteen planters in the garbage in the neighborhood. I love the design on the four in the picture above – see close up of the design in the photo below.

I was thinking of painting the pots black and putting them in my next garage sale. What color do you think I should paint them? There are actually five pots in the picture below…one is stuck inside the other…I need to figure out how to get it out.

I noticed on the ones below that they say Target sample and have the name of the buyer. Makes sense since Target is headquartered in Minneapolis.

You must live in a neighborhood with a really higher class of trash. But they are real finds.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that I have gone private for a short time. It seems that my blog was HACKED. I am not sending out invites until I know exactly what to do. Just wanted to let you know that you are not being excluded from Dust Bunny Hostage :) "I'll be back!"

Wow! Neat finds, and nothing beats free! I think the pots would look good black.

All the best,

The copper onesare to die for! I just found your blog this morning, it's darling! I would also keep an eye and that persons trash, it's sounds like they work for Target. You might score some cool stuff on a regular basis. good luck!
