In yesterday's post I mentioned that I had purchased three pink frames for $3 at a garage sale and shared what I put in one frame. Here are the paintings I put in the other two frames. They were painted by Helen Downing Hunter. I had the good fortune to visit Helen's art studio in her home and noticed these two sailboat paintings. Helen was kind enough to sell them to me. I love boats and water, and watercolors.
Changing subjects...I was over viiting Design Ties' blog and watched a hilarious clip from the Ellen show। I highly recommend watching it.

Now that is cute. I love pictures of boats and the water.
I don't know that everyone would have used the pink frames for nautical prints but in your room it really works and it is a great decorating statement. Good job.

I love your new header and nautical prints. It reminds me that warm weather is coming eventually.
Thank you for your kind comment on my blog. It's new and I don't have the time I would like to work with it, but I have lots of ideas.
Please check out my new project post. It's for the redo of a co-worker's office that is off on maternity leave. I can always use some creative input.

Hello Renee :-)
Thanks sooo much for directing your readers to our blog!
You mentioned to us that you'd like a copy of the Elen Show video clip... feel free to copy it from our blog (if it the system allows it) OR you should be able to find it on YouTube... just do a search for Gladys and Ellen :-)
I so love your three nautical paintings... the painting style is so lovely! I think I told you that before though, didn't I?!
Take good care,
